Refund policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, niqabs, hijabs and custom-made or altered pieces cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Message us on WhatsApp or email mdmadnicollection@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you to arrange a refund via bank transfer or EasyPaisa within 3-5 working days.
